2. Add to the shopping cart all cartons you want.
3. Click on 'SEND ORDER' once you have completed your shopping cart.
4.You will automatically receive a copy of your order in your email.
5. We will contact you within 48 hours to confirm your order and shipping costs.
The shipping will happen in 72 hours after we receive the payment confirmation and we confirm that the stock is ready.
Products tagged as āpre-orderā will be shipped when the stock will be ready. In the confirmation email youāll find more details of the shipping date.
For all shipments to Spain (Peninsula) shipping costs are free.
Shipping to other countries: We manage the transport and we include it in the invoice. As soon as we reply to the availability of your order, we will also confirm the shipping costs. You will be able to check delivery costs before placing your order. Costs vary depending on the delivery address and on the size and weight of the package.
Once shipped we are not liable for any delays upon delivery and we ask customers to be understanding of unforeseen circumstances and possible delays.
For any returns please email pedidos@mbs-shoes.com within 7 days of goods being delivered. Returns can only be done if there is a quality issue & must send photos to pedidos@mbs-shoes.com
Any cartoons that are being sent back to us, we would ask you to keep it in its original condition for us to be able to accept the return. You are responsible for the goods until they reach us and we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred whilst returns are in transit.
We also do not cover the cost of postage so that would need to be arranged with your preferred courier. We recommend that you use a traceable shipping company with signed proof of delivery. We reserve a right to charge a handling fee of up to 20% on returned items. Once we have received the goods we will refund via the original payment method within 14 days. Please note that any refunds can take up to 7 working days to show in your bank account.
Most of our footwear follows international standard sizes. We try to offer the most precise sizing information, however because of our wide catalogue, some references can have very small measurement variation.
